At this time, we are out of network with all insurance companies. We can supply you with a superbill. You may use this document to request reimbursement from your insurance company. We cannot guarantee full or partial reimbursement due to all policies being different.

Therapy typically takes place in your home or at your child's daycare. 

At Speech Bubbles, the health and safety of our children are always our top priority. We understand that when your child is sick, it can be a difficult and stressful time for both you and your child. That’s why we want to make things as easy as possible for you by having a clear sick policy. As an in-home speech therapy service we want to keep you and the other families we see safe, by not spreading illness to other households. Please cancel your session if you or your child have any of the following symptoms. 

• Fever of 100 degrees or higher 

• Any vomiting 

• Any unexplained or contagious rash 

• A persistent deep, hacking cough

• Any signs of a communicable disease

• Excessive drainage or discharge (clear or discolored) from the mouth, nose, eyes, or ears

• Red discoloration to the whites of the eyes

• Diarrhea within the last 24 hours

• Difficulty breathing or untreated wheezing

• Unusual yellow coloring of the skin or eyes

• Cuts or openings on the skin that are pus filled or oozing

We ask that your child be symptom free for 24 hours before rescheduling your speech therapy appointment. Thank you for helping keep our staff and the other families we serve safe and healthy!
